My story of hybrid photography.
My first photography class I took was a black and white 35mm film class when I was 18, developing in a dark room and learning the basics. I had always had a passion for "taking pictures" but there's just something about the magic of the dark room that made me realize I wanted to pursue a career in photography.
Since then, I have continued to focus on film as well as digital, being known as a hybrid photographer. My favorite aspects of shooting on film are the richness in color and forcing you to slow down and think before taking a photo. It adds another creative layer to my photography as each shot is so precious and methodically thought out.
I carry other film cameras with me, mainly little thrift store finds, for my own documentation of my life and it makes me oh so happy. Getting rolls back is exactly as they say, just like Christmas.

I have loved and appreciated photography since I was a little girl. My cousin used to ask me, “why do you take so many pictures?” Back when I was using my parent’s old flip phone, the answer is still the same. Photography is how I best express myself. It is my therapy and it is my joy to allow my memories to live on in picture form. That is why I am in this industry. To allow your memories to live on forever too.

I’m married to the most wonderful guy in the world, Jon. He is my rock and my biggest supporter.
We were married in our favorite spot on Oahu and I wish I could relive that day over and over again.
Our lives revolve around our sweet and goofy German Shepherd, Kylo, who has turned me into the biggest dog mom and I love it.

my
I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and no, I didn't live in a hotel. I grew up in a simple neighborhood playing four square and cops + robbers with my friends and really love the desert. Almost as much as I love the ocean.
My attachment for the ocean grew as I lived on Oahu, Hawaii for three years while attending college. It will always be my favorite location to visit and forever hold a special place in my heart. I am now lucky enough to call two places home - good ol’ Vegas, and Newport Beach, California where I’m so grateful for the beauty I get to see everyday.
